Tacy’s Profile

Tacy Apostolik is a Board certified (ARCB) reflexologist trained at Omega Institute, NY, and has been practicing reflexology for over 9 years. She trained in reflexology assisted fertility (RAF) techniques, focusing on endocrine system balancing. She is a certified Sorensensistem TM Facial reflexologist and TCM and Neuro Foot reflexologist.
Tacy is 1 of 4 Sorensensistem TM instructors teaching TCM and Neuro Foot reflexology certification courses in the U.S.
She also received Shiatsu and Amma massage training from Kyoto, Japan and Five Branches University, CA and has completed Level II in Reiki.

After receiving an International Certification in Aromatherapy from The Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy,  Tacy went on to study essential oils and their effect on emotional and mental health, and essential oil use in relation to face reading and the Chinese 5 elements, with internationally recognized acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, Jeffrey Yuen.

She has also completed The Biology of Plants, an advanced aromatherapy course from The Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy, about the healing powers of essential oils as seen from a biological perspective.

Tacy has contributed articles about the balancing effects of reflexology and essential oils to New Life Journal Magazine and Natural Awakenings, and has been teaching reflexology and essential oils classes for the past 8 years, both nationally and internationally.

She is an NCBTMB and ARCB approved provider to teach aromatherapy and reflexology,
and a member of the North Carolina Reflexology Association (NCRA)
